ReplyDeleteLast year, my friend and I drove from Columbus, OH to Gatlinburg, TN. The drive was very scenic. We could see the changing of the leaves. We stopped in Lexington, KY which was very beautiful as well.

Road Trips were always what we looked forward to each summer. We would pike into the station wagon and drive to Niagara Falls, Stratford On. and enjoy the beauty and area. Then we would to to a lovely lake where we would fish, swim and relax at a rustic cabin for a week. I miss the area and those simple but memorable times. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com

ReplyDeleteIn the 70’s my husband and I drove from Venice to Sicily. He had been stationed in Sicily following his tour in Vietnam. He wanted me to see the country. My daughter and her husband plan to buy an RV so they can travel through the US. This book would be a treasure for them.
