LAST GIRL GHOSTED by Lisa Unger - Review

Lisa Unger's thrilling nineteenth - yes 19th - novel, LAST GIRL GHOSTED (ParkRowBooks) will have you thinking twice before you go on line. Wren Greenwood goes on to the dating application Torch, to make her friends happy. She connects with Adam and immediately, she's head over heels. But is Adam really Adam? For that matter, is Wren really Wren? Why does Adam know so much information about Wren's childhood - information that she's worked hard to conceal. Think twice before you swipe.

LAST GIRL GHOSTED taps into ghosting - the latest digital thing people do when they want to be gone from someone. In most cases its harmless, both parties just move on. But in some instances, like the one in Lisa's novel, LAST GIRL GHOSTED it turns deadly. Wren's not sure if she's the predator or the prey.

I really enjoyed this book, as I do all of Lisa's novels. There were so many plots that seamlessly came together at the end. It had me, and will have you on the edge of your seat quickly flipping pages. The characters were compelling and well flushed out. I must say, I was surprised by the ending. I sort of saw it coming, but the reveal was a shocker.  LAST GIRL GHOSTED is dark, disturbing and delicious!
