ALL THE GIRLS in TOWN by Staci Greason - Review & Giveaway
Rock and roll bad boy, Peter has used Dani, Red and Sasha for what they could do to help him reach stardom. How does he pay them back? He throws them to the curb. But through a stroke of serendipity, Dani's blog about killing Peter miraculously brings them together.
To be sure, Dani, Red and Sasha have serious relationship issues, but their naivete doesn't give Peter the right to use them, abuse them and then leave them high and dry. In a city where sources of inspiration for creativity is around every corner, ALL THE GIRLS in TOWN brings three women together who find their strength in a very unlikely friendship.
I loved the way Staci Greason celebrated sisterhood in her novel. After reading ALL THE GIRLS in TOWN, you'll probably be wishing for girl friends like Dani, Red and Sasha.
Staci's words
Hi, I'm Staci. I grew up running wild in the Colorado Rockies. This instilled in me a love for trees, feral cats, writing, hiking, and my Buddhist practice. Everything is interconnected.
My essays and short stories have been published in Brevity, Slate, Lunch Ticket, AFLW, the Same, and the Huff Post, among others. I like writing about the pain of obstacles and the joy of breaking through. I write to encourage myself and others to continue. I write the world I want to see.
Thanks to Kate Rocks Book Reviews we have one copy to giveaway. Just tell us about a strong friendship you are thankful to have with another woman. We'll announce a winner soon. Good luck.

Ever since I moved to this city 27 years ago an older woman befriended me. She is a true friend. I am grateful for her friendship. I help her out and show my gratitude with goodie boxes every month which I create for her. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com
ReplyDeleteI am extremely fortunate to have a few real girlfriends. Typically I seem to attract the wrong people who see that I am 'useful' to them in some selfish way & because I am naturally friendly they take advantage of my good nature & intentions. My last true friend was my mom - miss her every day.
